Meet the 'Nets!
Angie is a fifth-year education major looking to teach math (ack!) to the next generation.
Lisa, coming from Newport News, is a fourth-year member of Alpha Delta Pi and Government major / Environmental Science minor trying really hard to get into Law School. Where do you want to go, Lisa? "Basically any school in the country with 'law' in its name that's crazy enough to accept me." Among the many things that rock, Lisa lists the Clarinets, Snowboarding, trips to Hawaii (like our last trip to the Oahu Bowl!) with the best scramble band in the nation, and taking pictures of all of us crazy people, because Lisa's band historian!
"Scoot" is a third-year Computer Science major hailing from Broomfield, Colorado who wants to apply his mad computer skills in the field of aerospace. On clear nights you'll find him stargazing in the country side or honing his skills to eventually star in a Mentos commercial. His great culinary talents placed him second in the Pep Band's first Iron Chef competition this past May in Myrtle Beach, SC. He's also Co-Chair for First Year Concerns / Recruitment & Retention.
Laura is a third-year Chemical Engineering major from Bumpass, (heh heh) Virginia. She is one of the four members of our eminant Managing Board, which makes her pretty powerful! In addition to her talented musicianship, Laura dances ballet, critiques directing patterns, enjoys partial differential equations, and is affectionately known as "Ladybug."
Vicky is a third-year Pre-Med / Biology major (ack!) from good old Northern Virginia! When orgo doesn't have her bogged down with work, Vicky is the life of any party with her fine taste in music, clothes, and dancing. At sporting events, Vicky hopes to act as successor to Stephanie, carrying on the vital duty of reminding referees that they suck.
Steve is a second-year Echols scholar who is from the great state of New York (Brooklyn, to be precise, which is only second to Long Island in coolness). He spends his time writing for the Cav Daily and working (being an Echols means we don't see him much).
Lisa is from glorious Long Island (never mention Long Island while playing Trivial Pursuit - she'll never stop laughing). She's a second-year College student who writes for Cavalier Daily Sports and services the Baseball team in her spare time. A diehard baseball fan, Lisa keeps us all abreast of the latest in America's favorite pastime.
Angela is a second-year Electrical Engineering major. Active within the E-skool, she pledged Theta Tau last year and is now reaping the benefits--she is also on the E-Council. She comprises half of the Dead Sexy Duo and is known to some as the German Princess (or die Deutsche Fürstin).
